I have spent hundreds of dollars on cheaper brands to no results. I purchased a Hairart Flat Iron and those were the best $98 spent! My hair is very curly, after I blow dry it, I use the flat iron and my hair couldn't behave any better. LOVE IT!
Don't waste your money on Conair or anything under $50 dollars my friend. Save up! For the best selection stop by your local Sephora or Ulta store, they have lots to choose from!

CHI's are really good, but a little pricey.
I have a Remington, and i have a lot of thick, curly hair, and it's amazing, gets the job done in 20 min. and it was less than the CHI.
