Ceramic, its the most recommended.

Def use ceramic. It doesnt completely fry your hair. Any straightner will damage after a LONG time of doing it....but using ceramic wont make it as bad....
ceramic works better
i havnt use the straighteners...can anyone also teme the diff b/w ionic and ceramic hair straighteners
