I would have to say FHI 207 RVI and its affordable.
i recently bought a 50 dollar conair one at walmart and it works wonders! Its silver and 100% ceramic
I would most likely say ConAir. I'm saying this because, when I straighten my hair, I notice how well the straightener heats up, and the better it heats, the straighter ur hair will get. I most defiantly recommend ConAir.
