I'm looking for a new hair straightener?

What would you reccommend for curly, frizzy hair?I'm looking for a new hair straightener?
I recommend a professional one. Chi, Infrashine, etc. They are sold in salons and usually the stylists use the same ones. Don't go cheap here because in the long run, you will get your money's worth. If you just buy a cheap one now, it can break on you and then you will end up buying another one or the expensive one you could have bought in the first place! Plus, the cheaper you go, the more it could just damage your hair. Been there, done that. :o\I'm looking for a new hair straightener?
I have a corioliss and I really love it. I have crazy frizzy thick, wavy hair and this makes it look great! It also curls your hair if you twist it a certain way, so if you want soft, natural looking curls this is the way to go! And I think they are like $45 on ebay. Hope this helps!
one word : Chi

but another word: EXPENSIVE
I would recommend something wide with high settings on it. Usually it will say on the back what its best for. Conair is always good though. Wal Mart has some pretty cheap ones if your interested.
well i have the conair wet to straight i love it i've had it for like almost 7 months now ive never like one like this one before!! try it its at wal-mart for only $25 bucks!!
As a stylist, I have used a lot of flat irons/hair straighteners, including Sedu, Hai, Infrashine, Chi, Paul Mitchell, Solia, Big Sexy, Andis, Babyliss Ghd, T3, Kenta etc. You should get a Professional hair straightener, they style much better and faster, and most importantly, they protect your hair.

In terms of performance:

The best ones are: Sedu, Kenta, Solia, Infrashine, Ghd. These are top of the line professional brands

Above average: Chi, Hai, Paul Mitchell,

Average: T3, Big Sexy, Andis, Babyliss

Below Average: Conair, Vidal Sassoon, Revlon, Bed Head etc. These are cheap consumer brands that you will find in drugstore. If you care about your hair, do NOT buy them.

=== Tips for buying professional hair appliances ===

Do NOT buy professional hair appliances from unauthorized places like amazom.com, eBay, Target, Walmart, etc. Because if you do, manufacturers will refuse to honor the warranty. Buy from licensed places like salon, licensed professional beauty stores like Folica.com, Ulta.com, West Coast Beauty Supply Inc. etc
DEFIANTLY A CHI they are one of the best hair straighteners out there but kind pricey but worth it
I recomend Bemington Wet2Straight. It straightens frizzy, curly hair even when it's wet!
Remington Wet 2 Straight is awesome. It takes a while to do it with your hair wet but works great. I blowdry my hair and then use it and it is awesome!!!
Get the Sedu. It is awesome. I bought mine after a black girl told me she loved it and it worked great on her super curly hair. Mine is simlar so I bought one and Love it. It goes up to 410 degrees and comes with a heat mat.
ghd or the chi
the CHI or bedhead...they are both very expensive but worth gettin!! i have the CHI nd i have horrible curly, wavy, frizzy, thick hair and i always had a hard time straightin my hair but then someone told me about the CHI nd is works GREAT i promise you!!
