So I need a new hair straightener...?

I need to get a new straightener. I've had a Sedu - actually I've had two so even though it's been pretty good, I want to try something else. I have fairly straight, really thick hair. I want something that straightens really well (obviously) but also one that I can use to curl my hair. I'm looking at either the Hai eLite Digistick Ceramic Iron or the Solia Tourmaline Ceramic Ionic Iron (3/4';). What do you recommend?So I need a new hair straightener...?
I recently tried Sunsilk Straighten Up 24/7 Creme. and it works wonders. I have VERY curly, thick hair, and I use it all the time. It's inexpensive, and is just as good as the salon stuff.So I need a new hair straightener...?
I recommend the brand Chi. The hair straighteners are really good, they also protect your hair. Hai eLite sounds good, so i might go with that. If you are in doubt go and ask a professional hair stylist and they will give you some recommendations and advice. 鈾?=)
I swear by the GHD!!!!
