I am a guy. How often is it ok to straighten.How often should use my straightener hair?

If your straightener is ceramic then it won't harm your hair as much and you can do it about every other day. If your straightener is normal metal then you should never really do it. But if you must once a week.

just be sure to use a straightening cream if you'd like your hair to stay nice and not get as damaged!

you can also use heat treatment to help protect your hair.
I would say at most once a day, make sure you condition your hair well so it doesnt dry out.


You should only need to straighten it after its been washed anyway.
Everyone should really only use a type of iron on their hair once or twice a week. It is really unhealthy to use more because then your ends will become fried within 6 weeks.

which is bad. but i do use heat protectants








maybe everyother day would be good.
well now they have heat protectant that can realy help so that your hair does not get weak or dried out t all....so may 4X a week no more ....go natural
I straighten them just after l wash my hairs. And if you take my advice, don't straighten them very often. It's really bad.
