As a stylist, I have used a lot of flat irons, including Sedu, Hai, Infrashine, Chi, Paul Mitchell, Solia, Big Sexy, Andis, Babyliss Ghd, T3, Kenta etc.
In terms of performance:
The best ones are: Sedu, Kenta, Solia, Infrashine, Ghd. These are top of the line professional brands
Above average: Chi, Hai, Paul Mitchell,
Average: T3, Big Sexy, Andis, Babyliss
Below Average: Conair, Vidal Sassoon, Revlon, Bed Head etc. These are cheap consumer brands that you will find in drugstore. If you care about your hair, do NOT buy them.

revlon indeed and also Chi
If Your Going For Cheap But Great For The Hair.
I Would Suggest The Remington Wet2Straight Ceramic Hair Straightners.
They Dont Damage Your Hair And Can Also Work On Wet Hair.. So You Dont Have To Take Ages Blow Drying.
Tbh.. I Think Theyre Better Than Ghds :D
Conair is cheap and doesn't work
you want CHI
or Revlon with gold plates (:
I'd say Andrew Collinge, I've tried many types and they've not been great but have worked, GHD just make your hair dry and make the fly aways more visible so i wouldn't recommend them.
Andrew collinge cost about 拢50 but you can get cheaper, i've got 2 pairs of his straightners they're good also his conditioners and heat defense sprays are great! xx
Conair.
My favorite is a revlon Stylix, it is white with red accents, and it is really comfortable, i think it was only like 60$
CHIs are awesome.
babyliss,
PAUL MITCHELL!!
there professional.
my mom is a hair stylist.
DON';T USE WET TO STRAIT OR WHATEVER!!
IT WILL BREAK OFF YOUR HAIR, AND DAMAGE IT
REALLLLLY BAD!
SEDU and CHI are th ebest, but sedu lasts longer.
chi,T3, and some stuff from sallys... but i wouldn't recommendd the wet to dry b/c that sizzles the hair if not done right. when you use the flat irons becareful... you want to use products that will help your hair from heat damage..... so use hair serums ( thats the best for me and my clients)
Chi
The herstyler hair straightener or the signature series one.
